At Bead Case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bead purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your beads, you can return them within 30 days of the original purchase date. The beads must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Please note that custom or personalized dummy clips, items bought on sale, and beads that have been altered or damaged are not eligible for returns.
